We take pride in the creating of all of our products and they are continuously checked for defects in the process of their creation.

 

If you find a defect in the craftsmenship of the item that you have purchased from On Paisley Lane, you may return it for a full refund.  You MUST notify us within 3 days of the delivery, and a refund shall be made upon our inspection of the returned item.   Item MUST be un-used!

Refunds will be made in the manner of which payment was received, minus shipping.
